Emma's Three Steps to Wardrobe Success
I've always been a fan of Julia Roberts (you seriously can't beat Pretty Woman) so it's little surprise I've quickly taken to her niece, Emma Roberts. It's been great to see Emma go down her own path, and it looks like she has a very promising career ahead of her. On the style side of things Emma is looking strong too. At the 2009 Met Gala she stood out from seasoned red carpet pros in a sequined Versace mini, and has been on a roll since.
Emma has been pushed into the 'young Hollywood' pack along with the likes of Dakota Fanning, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Momsen, so there's a lot of style competition around. But she appears to have developed a fail-safe look of her own which should keep her on the best dressed lists.
For the red carpet Emma sticks to youthful minis in neutrals. She's been spotted in a Temperley LWD and wore a Marni LBD to the Met Gala this year. Emma is also a fan of Jenny Packham, selecting one of her designs for the Valentines Day premiere.
When it comes to accessories Emma is pretty bold - pairing a Chanel tattoo with a flirty frock. And the clutch she took to the London premiere of SATC 2 was gorgeous, I'm still lusting after it.
And though I haven't seen much of Emma's casual style yet I've fallen in love with her collection of sunglasses. Aviators are a classic and the bright red pair are a lot of fun. Let's just ignore the less than desirable ciggie though...
What do you think of Emma's style so far?
