One of my favourite things to do at the moment is watch old Alexander McQueen shows on his website - it's addictive stuff.
Coming from a more practical angle, his diffusion line, McQ, references mainline McQueen but the end product is both more wearable and affordable.
For S/S 2010 he's doing pastels - lilacs, peppermints and aquas. An there are great feminine touches, such as silk draped skirts. But the tough side to McQueen is still on show - the lean houndstooth-suit reminds me of Tilda Swinton.
