Hit and Miss of the Week: The Year I Fell Out With SJP

The most unpredictable thing that happened in 2009 for me is that I spent the whole year annoyed with Sarah Jessica Parker. She has always been my favourite female celebrity but I feel like she's sold out big time with the SATC movies. I want quality not quantity.
But I have to admit that she looked gorgeous in the L'Wren Scott dress she wore to a London Premiere this week, that was until she threw on a matching hat and floor-length coat.
Also this week Penelope Cruz premiered Nine in LA. It looks like she borrowed one of Jennifer Aniston's dresses for the red carpet. You can do better Pen!

Hit and Miss of the Week: Feeling the Chill

This week celebrities everywhere were pulling out their winter coats. Most of the looks this week I loved, from Kate Moss' fluffy number to Reese Witherspoon's candy pink cover-up. And Janet Jackson showed that winter isn't just about the coat - scarves are important too. Her huge knitted scarf actually looked like it was eating her in some photos, but at least she stayed nice and warm. And, of course, the cast of Nine threw the world premiere in London this week. Shame there was no Marion, but Penelope and Kate put on a good show.

Nine

I can't tell you how excited I am about Nine. I've been excited since the beginning of the year, and in exactly one month it will finally be out in the UK.
If you're not too familiar with Nine, it's directed by Rob Marshall (who also directed Chicago) and stars and insane amount of Oscar winners: Daniel Day-Lewis, Penélope Cruz, Judi Dench, Nicole Kidman, Marion Cotillard and Sophia Loren. As well as my favourite Hollywood girl, Kate Hudson (could it be her time for an Oscar?), and Fergie from The Black Eyed Peas.
Today I've watched the trailer about nine times. I'm so excited, and I don't even like musicals. The wardrobe (courtesy of Oscar-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood) looks amazing too. I'm loving Kate Hudson's 60's look.
